Buruknya manjemen Firstmedia

Sekitar 1 bulan yang lalu saya mendaftar untuk layangan Internet (Fastnet 384) dari Firstmedia.
Awalnya saya coba menggunakan layanan online yang berada di website Firstmedia. Namun karena tidak ada tanggapan, saya mencoba mendaftar melalui telefon.
Saya sangat positif dengan jawaban customer service yang akan segera kembali menghubungi saya untuk memastikan jadwal pemasangan.
Setelah melalui proses yg berbelit, saya akhirnya mendapat schedule pemasangan. Namun pada hari pemasangan tidak ada yang datang. Suatu ketika pada saat saya menyakan data pribadi saya yang tercatat di Firstmedia, alamat dan nomer HP saya tidak tercatat dengan benar, padahal sebelumnya saya sudah beberapa kali minta untuk di koreksi.
Hari ini, setelah sekitar 1 bulan menunggu dan 4 kali reschedule pemasangan (hanya janji belaka, tetap tidak ada yang datang) ada seseorang yang mengaku dari Firstmedia. Dia mengatakan tempo hari teknisi penarik kabel tidak mau menarik kabel ke rumah saya karena terlalu jauh (padahal sebelumnya di tempat saya sudah pernah dipasang kabelvision). Tetapi dia menjanjikan jika saya membayar Rp. 1.500.000 dapat dipasang hari ini dan lansung bisa online. Dia juga berkata biaya tersebut besar, karena dia juga harus membayar orang dalam.
Ini sangat mengganggu saya, disaat ribuan orang mengantri untuk mendapatkan layanan Firstnet dari Firstmedia, ada orang dalam yang mencari keuntungan pribadi dengan cara yang tidak layak.
Karena kesal, saya merekam semua pembicaraan dengan pihak KabelVision.
